i’ve seen all the scams, the adsense stuff, data entry, etc. is there an actual legit way to make money online? i’m thinking in the realm of blogging, websites, or youtube. i’m currently between jobs and although i am looking for one outside of the home, it would be nice if i could find something legit to do at home. i have a 3 year old son, so if i could work at home i wouldn’t have to worry about daycare/babysitters.
i think i already know the answer [no =p] but i want to ask anyway.
i’m also brainstorming self-employment ideas. i did have a project going with someone, but they decided to be business partners with someone else who has an idea that could- possibly- generate a larger revenue. so much for loyalty and finishing what you start eh?
I live in Michigan. My husband and I were both laid off. I’m a Medical Assistant and he’s a window cleaner. We attempted to start our own window cleaning business when he was laid off but it went no where and ended up costing us money. We try doing side work such as cleaning, mowing, fixing stuff, general labor for family/friends. I can make crafts however to start up costs money and honest to hell right now we do not have for gas. Everything has a start up cost. We tried online gaming to no prevail, blogging with the same result, mturk makes about a week. We tried everything we could think of. We can’t get back into school unless one of us is pulling in enough to support the family. We have been on the job hunt for 4 months now and together have put in more than 300 resumes. The problem is no one is hiring. We are taking extra little classes to improve our resumes but it’s not helping. Not even minimum wage jobs are hiring. We can’t move out of state because again that would take money to do. We are stuck and about to lose our home. We have no where to go but the homeless shelter which is already overflowing so probably not taking new residents. What the hell do we do? How can we make money?
