As long as I get visitors every month I can make money right? Does Google adsense pay decently? How much money could I make with 10k visitors a month or 100k visitors?

Infact i was in your shoe few months ago, when i started blogging (www.angrezy.com) i thought will my efforts be counted??
Then i slowly realised let me bring visitor to my site then expect some $$.
